I had an amazing experience at my Botox appointment with Gemma. The room was lovely and welcoming, creating a calming atmosphere. Gemma was gentle and highly experienced, making me feel safe throughout the procedure. I was also provided with plenty of information. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Fantastic facial, I was so relaxed and comfortable. The heated bed made me so cosy and the products smelt so good. The overall atmosphere was fabulous. The actual facial has left me feeling fresh faced and glowing. The neck and shoulder massage was an unexpected perk!!
