A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to reserve any treatments over £50 and for under £50 a 50% booking fee is required to secure any treatment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment and can be paid via cash, card or bank transfer.
We recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise however, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly request 24 hours notice and your booking fee will be transferred to a new booking. Failure to notify will result in a £25 fee and no payment will result in no further bookings.
We value both your time and other clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or abbreviate. The original cost of appointment will still apply in full.
While we realise unforeseen circumstances may arise, a missed appointment without prior notice not only compromises our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. There will be a no show fee of £25 and no payment will result in no further bookings.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, is intoxicated or who`s health may affect the results of a treatment.
